Becky Rogers has spent the past 35 years working in senior leadership roles in Human Resource Management. She retired from Coca-Cola Bottling Company United after leading the organization’s Learning & Organizational Development Department. Rogers was the transition lead for Communication, Change and Training for The Coca-Cola System’s transformational change initiative of bottler realignment. Before her role in L&D, she served as the Director of Human Resources for Coca-Cola’s Gulf Coast Region. Additionally, Rogers has held senior HR positions in telecommunications, healthcare, and finance.
Rogers earned her MBA with distinction from the Jack Welch Management Institute. She is the past president of the Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management and the recipient of the prestigious “Outstanding HR Professional of the Year” award. Rogers consults companies on HR best practices and teaches a variety of Human Resources, Leadership, and Business Law courses.
Rogers is a licensed insurance agent protecting families with disability programs for Cancer, Heart Attack/Stroke, Accident, and ICU. In her spare time, Becky enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her 3 adult daughters and her dog(s).
